HP Resident Convicted in Healthcare Fraud
Anesthesiologist Dr. Richard Toussaint was convicted on seven counts of fraud following a four-day trial in federal court on March 3.
According to the DMN, the HP resident and co-founder of Forest Park Medical Center, faces up to 10 years in federal prison and up to $1,750,000 in fines.
