Police Report: Jan. 11 to 17

11 MONDAY
Between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., a vandal damaged a vehicle in the 7200 block of Glendora Avenue.

12 TUESDAY
At 9:05 a.m., a thief entered an unlocked vehicle at Central Congregational Church and stole a purse.

13 WEDNESDAY
Between 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 13, a thief stole property from a vehicle in the 6300 block of Royalton Drive.

Between 8 a.m. on Jan. 11 and noon on Jan. 13, a burglar broke into an apartment in the 6300 block of West Northwest Highway and stole property.

Between 6 and 9 p.m., a burglar broke into a home in the 5400 block of Stanford Avenue and stole property.

14 THURSDAY
At 4:50 a.m., a thief entered an unlocked vehicle in the 5300 block of Farquhar Lane and stole change.

15 FRIDAY
At 1:15 a.m., a thief stole property from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Cochran Chapel Road.

Between 10 p.m. on Jan. 14 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 15, a crook stole a vehicle from Inwood Village.

16 SATURDAY
Between 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 15 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 16, a thief stole a tailgate from a vehicle in the 11800 block of Russwood Circle.

At 1:25 p.m., a scoundrel broke into a vehicle at Inwood Village and stole property. At the same time, a vandal broke into another vehicle and damaged property.

17 SUNDAY
At 10:20 a.m., a burglar broke into and damaged a vehicle at Preston Forest Square, and stole property.

At 11:45 a.m., a thief stole merchandise from Macy’s in NorthPark Center. Gerardo Torres, 22, was arrested on a theft charge.
