Holidays at the Bush Center

The George W. Bush Presidential Center is getting ready to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year from Nov. 19 to Jan. 3.

The theme, A Season of Stories: Christmas at the White House 2003, is based on the year Mrs. Laura Bush decorated the halls of the White House with classic children’s stories that are synonymous with American culture.

Designed by White House Residence staff members, replicas of favorite children’s storybook characters are on display. The 2003 Christmas tree has been recreated for visitors, and features literary features for ornaments.

To see a list of the seasonal programs the Bush Center has in store, visit their website to see the festive fun it has in store for the holidays.

The Bush Center invites families and friends to enter the story, and experience the holiday wonder at its special exhibit and winter programs.
