Artists Shine at Senior Community
Presbyterian Village North, celebrating its 35th anniversary, held an art exhibit on June 1 and 2 to showcase pieces by senior community members.
PVN resident Janice Bentley organized the exhibit and showcased her quilt, which won first place in the sewing category of the Leading Age Texas Arts Inspire contest, a statewide competition. Residents Carol Zoller and Judith Logan also won awards for their artwork.
Bentley gathered more than 50 submissions including paintings, knitted work, ceramics, and more.
