Emmanuel Acho Heading Back to Prom
With all the negative stories you hear about professional athletes these days, it’s nice to have someone like Emmanuel Acho around.
Acho, the former St. Mark’s standout who is now a linebacker with the Philadelphia Eagles, gave a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to a teenage fan by agreeing to be her prom date if her proposal was re-tweeted at least 10,000 times.
More than 17,000 responses later, Acho showed up at the girl’s Virginia high school to make the date official. ESPN has some cool video and photos here.
