Marsh Hosts Internet Safety Seminar For Parents
Marsh Preparatory Academy (formerly Marsh Middle School) will host a free parent seminar on Internet safety on Thursday.
Sarah Pierson from the Child Advocacy Center of Collin County will present “How Do We Keep Our Kids Safe in This Technology-Driven World?” It begins at 9 a.m. in the school library.
More specifically, Pierson will touch on issues such as online personal information, texting and smartphone usage, social networking, age-appropriate apps, privacy settings, and geo-tracking.
