HPISD Results Are in For Statewide Standards

The Texas Education Agency has released their results for statewide, academic standards. Unsurprisingly, each school in the HPISD network met standards. The high school received six out of six distinctions, while the younger campuses had varied results. I’ve copied the results below, but to see it larger, you can search for “Highland Park ISD” here.

“Earning a distinction is not easy,” said Commissioner Williams. “Any school earning one or more distinctions should be recognized in its community for the outstanding work taking place on that campus.”

Should we worry about Armstrong and Bradfield? Are Hyer and UP kids already ready for college? I would have to do a lot of research to make sense of these results.
