PH Couples Deserve Respect For Concert
A pair of Preston Hollow couples are teaming up to bring the Queen of Soul to Dallas.
Scott and Cindy Collier, along with Ross and Kara Miller, are co-chairing “A Night to Remember,” featuring Aretha Franklin and benefiting the poverty-fighting programs of CitySquare. The concert, which includes a candlelight dinner for sponsors, is slated for Sept. 6 at the Winspear Opera House.
Honorary chairmen are the mother-daughter team of Annette and Amy Simmons. The Colliers and Millers previously chaired CitySquare fundraisers with performances by Lyle Lovett and Diana Ross.
