Wilson Named to Another All-State Team
Former Highland Park pitcher Matt Wilson earned a spot on another Class 4A all-state baseball team. This time, he was named honorable mention by the Texas Sports Writers Association.
Wilson, an Oklahoma State signee, went 7-3 with an 0.97 ERA last season. He had 94 strikeouts and just 15 walks.
Previously, Wilson was a second-team selection on the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association’s All-State Team.
