Former Jesuit standout Jordan Spieth continued the torrid start to his career as a professional golfer.

Spieth finished in sixth place at last weekend’s AT&T National with a 6-under 278. He has now earned $1,153,079 in prize money alone. Spieth already has five top-10 finishes since turning pro in December. Although he has special temporary-member status on the PGA Tour, Spieth must finish in the top 125 in tour earnings this year — which he will easily do — to get his membership card.

Spieth is currently No. 8 in the PGA Tour’s all-around rankings. Only Tiger Woods, Justin Rose, Brandt Snedeker, Charley Hoffman, Sergio Garcia, Rory McIlroy, and Phil Mickelson are ahead of him.
