Austin Scarlett Makes Appearance at Downtown Neiman Marcus
Any other Project Runway fans out there? If so, you’ll understand how excited I was to stumble upon the fantastic Austin Scarlett in the bridal salon of the downtown Neiman Marcus this afternoon. The designer leaves the store at 5 p.m. today, but will return at 10 a.m. tomorrow for another round of consultations and meet-and-greets. Heads up, debs: One of Austin’s in-store gowns was inspired by his experience as an escort at a presentation ball in New York. Appointment slots are almost full, but his assistant tells me they can see about squeezing in a few more on Saturday.
