HP’s Miller Wins For State Board of Education

Well, Tincy did it. The Highland Park Republican — Geraldine “Tincy” Miller, if you’re asking —  reclaimed her long-held District 12 seat on the State Board of Education on Tuesday night, edging out Democrat Lois Parrott with 66 56 percent of the vote in Dallas County [updated] and 66 percent in Collin County.
