Katy Trail Robberies Suspect Arrested Saturday
Grand Prairie Police arrested a man believed to be involved in the recent Katy Trail robberies Saturday, after pulling him over for speeding on Interstate 20.
Dominique Trevun Thornton, 22, of Dallas is currently housed at Lew Sterrett Justice Center and has been charged with three counts of aggravated robbery, jail records indicate. A second suspect is still at large.
Thornton has previously pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug, trespassing, and evasion charges, court records indicate. No word whether the $5,000 reward for information played a role in Thornton’s arrest.
