Uncontained Parking

Silly me. I had forgotten that if you drive a Rolls, you may park it in front of The Container Store any way and any where you desire, no handicap tag required. Oh, and by the way, if you own a Rolls Royce, shouldn’t you have a driver instead of working the wheel yourself? A professional driver would be less  likely to engage in embarrassing parking.

The Rolls is a late 80’s, early 90’s model. I would say the person driving is an elderly person and probably just forgot to put up the handicap placard. I remember all the blue hair ladies of the 70’s and their drivers, especially parked in front of Lilly Blum’s (I think that was the name of that women’s shop on Preston). My grandmother swore by it.
